Scott G. Wampler Lodge #148 of the Fraternal Order of Police is comprised of and represents primarily federal law enforcement officers, but is open to all law enforcement officers throughout Southern New Jersey. Our Lodge has become a recognized voice in the legislative arena on public safety issues that concern both law enforcement officers and the community. The Lodge was renamed in September 1997 in honor of Scott Wampler. Scott was a federal law enforcement officer who passed away in January 1995.

Lodge #148 is very community and civic oriented. The members involve themselves by speaking with the youth of this area in an effort to keep America's youth out of trouble and ultimately out of prison. We also have fingerprinting sessions for the Missing Children's Project. There are other numerous community efforts that Lodge #148 gets involved with.
